    • Suitable for applicants who meet the skills and experience requirements directly without prior temporary work experience in Australia.
      Stay: Permanent
  • Labour Agreement Stream:
    For skilled workers employed by businesses that have a Labour Agreement with the Australian Government.
    Eligibility:
    • The employer must have a valid Labour Agreement.
      Stay: Permanent
  • Temporary Residence Transition Stream:
    For skilled workers who have previously worked for their nominating employer on a 457 visa, 482 TSS visa, or a related bridging visa.
    Eligibility:
    • Must have worked full-time for the nominating employer for at least two years.
    • Must be nominated by the employer.
      Stay: Permanent
