ART Application Fees (From 1 July 2025)
If you want to challenge a visa refusal or cancellation, you may be able to apply for a review through the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART).
The ART charges an application fee, which depends on the type of decision being reviewed.

* Protection decision fee note: The protection review fee may only be payable if the review is unsuccessful.
Financial Hardship (Migration Reviews)
For migration decisions, the ART may allow a reduced fee in financial hardship circumstances.
This usually means you may only need to pay 50% of the standard migration fee, if you qualify.
